Paedophile forces minor to dig her grave before killing her, might face death penalty

Manila: An Australian-origin child sex abuser who has been branded as the 'world's worst paedophile', could face death penalty after he forced an 11-year-old girl to dig her own grave before brutally killing her.

According to a report in the Mirror, the paedophile identified as Peter Scully, is accused of sexually assaulting and torturing children and even filming sex acts with them.

He has also been accused of running a child pornography website and trading child sex abuse videos around the world.

Earlier this week, Scully appeared at a court in Philippines where the prosecutors demanded death penalty for him.

Scully was arrested by police only after some of the children he captured, managed to escape.

The court was told that Scully had also directed a video titled 'Daisy's Destruction' in which a masked woman was shown torturing and abusing a baby. Police have termed the video as the 'worst they have encountered in their years of campaigning against child pornography'.

Scully has pleaded not guilty to any of the charges against him. However, he remains in jail.
