A man arrested in connection with the terrorist attack in Barcelona claims his younger brother stole his identity documents to rent the van that was used in the Barcelona attacks that left 14 people dead, it has been reported.
Driss Oukabir was arrested in the Catalan town of Ripoll. He told police his younger brother, Moussa, had stolen his ID, Spanish media reported. Oukabir is of Moroccan origin and holds French citizenship, La Vanguardia reported.
