Mentally ill US girl, raped by stepfather, found dead with uterus removed

Texas: In an appalling incident, an 18-year-old mentally disabled girl was found dead in a burnt house in Texas with her womb and uterus removed. The deceased’s stepfather had impregnated her, according to reports in the Daily Mail.

On February 10, Holli Jeffcoat, was found dead in her apartment with her throat cut and womb, uterus removed. Holli’s step-father, James Holland, has been accused of raping her and was arrested in March.

Despite having first-hand knowledge of the situation, Holli’s mother Debi Holland, tried to save her husband and covered up the incident. Debi has also been arrested for being an accomplice in the sexual assault.

According to reports, no one has been accused of killing the 18-year-old, who was stabbed and burnt to death.

Debi’s arrest warrant has put forth harrowing details about the case. The deceased was suspected of being sexually assaulted in the year 2010, when she had appeared for a test after a car crash. She was tested positive of STD in blood sample.

Holli had often talked about her plight with the school staff and shown her unwillingness to go back home as she wasn’t comfortable in her stepfather’s presence.

Further, Holli’s mother despite being aware of the former’s discomfort in carrying the baby, didn’t allow her to abort the child as she couldn’t afford the same.
