MP for US conference on women

Visakhapatnam, Nov. 29: The Srikakulam Lok Sabha member, Mrs Killi Kripa Rani, will participate in an international meet conducted by the Centre for Women’s Policy Studies, United States of America in Washington DC from December 7 to 10.

Addressing reporters in Tekkali, Mrs Kripa Rani said, “ I am all set to attend the conference in Washington DC where I will talk on the emancipation of women, AIDS control and also about women in Indian politics and their growth chart over a period of 60 years after independence.”

She also added that the Rajya Sabha MP, Mrs Prabha Thakur, would be the other representative from India.
