    Breaking his silence, the former Andhra Pradesh Governor, Mr N.D. Tiwari, who resigned in the wake of an alleged sex scandal, on Monday rubbished reports against him as “fabricated and false” and said he will continue to be in public life.

    The Centre has asked five states — Uttarakhand, Maharashtra, Gujarat, Uttar Pradesh and Delhi — to remain vigilant and enhance security at vital installations, especially military training academies, including the Indian Military Academy in Dehradun and the National Defence Academy at Khadakvasla.
