Here's how you can get a 6GB RAM Samsung Galaxy S8+

Samsung held an event in Hong Kong to announce Samsung Pay and confirmed that the S8+ 6GB RAM version will soon head to Hong Kong.

The unlocked version of flagship Galaxy S8+ wit 6GB of RAM was announced by Samsung earlier this month and was expected to only serve the consumers in Korea and China. However, the device is now going to hit stores in Hong Kong, according to a report by Sam Mobile.

Samsung had announced the two flagships with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage for the world on March 29. However, Samsung also revealed another version of the higher Galaxy S8+ which will feature a larger storage and more RAM. The 6GB RAM with 128GB storage Samsung Galaxy S8+ was later announced and was only supposed to be sold in Korea and China only, and priced at a whopping $1,135. Now, Samsung has announced the availability in Hong Kong too and those who are interested can get their devices shipped from the country as the S8+ 6GB version is retailing unlocked. Customers can now purchase the same and use it in other countries around the world.

The devices will be available starting May 25, but Samsung did not reveal any pricing as yet. When the device was announced in Korea, the initial stock of 150,000 was sold out quickly.
