Survey suggests confidence in Samsung has declined

A survey conducted by Branding Brand suggests 34 per cent of the customers don't intend on buying another Samsung device.

Samsung has kept consumer safety in mind ever since the reported battery explosions. While, over 90 per cent of the Galaxy Note 7 owners have opted to exchange their Note 7 units according to a report by SamMobile, it seems like the company still has a long way to go before it can return to its days of glory.

A survey conducted by Branding Brand, one of the leading e-commerce platform suggests 34 per cent of customers don’t intend on buying another Samsung smartphone in the future. Additionally, 52 per cent of the people who answered the survey said they will remain loyal to the brand because of convenience and familiarity. While, most Samsung owners who say they are ready to switch will choose another Android phone (57 per cent), but many will move to iPhone (34 per cent).

Branding Brand is known for releasing periodic surveys to understand the technologies mobile shopping customers use to make purchases. This survey was conducted with 1,000 U.S. respondents ages 18 to 65, who currently own a Samsung smartphone.
