Micromax has expanded its Vdeo smartphone portfolio with the launch of Spark Vdeo in the Indian market. The device is priced at Rs 4,499 and will be selling exclusively through the e-commerce website Snapdeal starting March 24. The highlight of the phone is the 4G VoLTE connectivity.
As per the specifications, the device sports a 4.5-inch FWVGA IPS display with 480 x 854 pixel resolution and is powered by a 1.1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon quad core core processor. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and has 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which is expandable up to 32GB using a microSD card. The device comes pre loaded with Google Duo app.
On the photography front, it offers a 5MP rear camera, while there is a 2MP front facing camera. It is fuelled by a 1800mAh battery that claims to offer up to 5 hours of talktime and up to 150 hours of standby time.
The smartphone also supports text in 12 regional languages including Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, Odia, Assamese, Punjabi, Kannada, Gujarati, Hindi, Urdu, Bengali, and Marathi.
