LeEco Le Pro 3 with 6GB RAM launched

The smartphone will available via flash sales in the coming weeks.

Chinese smartphone maker, LeEco has launched its new smartphone dubbed as the Le Pro 3 for the Chinese market. The smartphone will available via the flash sale held next week.

The Le Pro 3 comes in four variants, the 4GB RAM + 32GB inbuilt storage version is priced at CNY 1,799, while the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage version will be selling at CNY 1,999. The 4GB RAM + 64GB storage Zhang Yimou edition is priced at CNY 2,499 and the 6GB RAM + 128GB inbuilt storage version has been priced at CNY 2,999.

Apart from the memory and the RAM, all other specifications remain the same. The storage is not expandable via microSD card, while only one SIM card slot supports 4G connectivity at a time. It also sports a fingerprint sensor on the rear panel for added security.

The Le Pro 3 is sans a 3.5 mm audio jack and uses the Type-C port for connecting headphones. The device runs EUI 5.8, based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow and offers dual SIM functionality.

It features a 5.5-inch fHD display with 2.5D curved glass, in cell touch tech and a pixel density of 403ppi. It is powered by a 2.35GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 SoC that's coupled with the Adreno 530 GPU.

It is equipped with a 16MP rear camera with an f/2.0 aperture, PDAF, HDR, BSI CMOS sensor, 4K video recording at 30fps, and a slow-motion recording of 720p at 120fps. It also packs a front 8MP camera for selfies.

On the connectivity front, the device offers Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, NFC, GPS/ A-GPS, and Bluetooth v4.2, apart from USB Type-C. It is fuelled by a huge 4070mAh battery.
