Lava strengthens 4G accessibility with the launch of X17 and X50
Leading multi-national company, LAVA International Limited announced the launch of Lava X17 and X50 to strengthen 4G accessibility for consumers. Both the products come with valuable differentiating features. While, X17 is equipped with enhanced camera capabilities like Dual LED front flash, X50 sports a curved back cover design and offers one-hand operation feature.

LAVA X17 offers a 5 MP selfie camera with Dual LED Front flash. The phone also comes equipped with an excellent camera hardware and software combination which essentially allows the user to capture good pictures even in low light. On the display front, Lava X17 has a vibrant 5 inch HD IPS display running on Android marshmallow 6.0.
Whereas, Lava X50 is the kind that has a powerful combination of both, looks and relevant features. It also flaunts a 5.5 inch HD IPS display with a glossy back cover finish.
Camera specifications:
In terms of camera hardware, both smartphones sport an 8MP rear along with 5MP selfie camera. Also, both the smartphones offer LED flash support, while Lava X17 additionally features dual LED flash with its selfie camera. For further enhancement, the camera is equipped with features like Digital Zoom, Face Beauty, GIF and Panaroma. Users will be able to fast forward time with ‘Time-lapse’ video feature - in which the frame rate is lower than normal to view the video. So when the video is played at a normal speed, time appears to be moving faster.
About the processor:
Both the devices are powered by a 1.3 GHz Quad Core Processor coupled with 1 GB RAM and 2GB RAM for X17 and X50 respectively, thus providing a lag free experience to the users for ease of multi-tasking. The smartphones offer an onboard storage of 8 GB ROM which can be further expanded up to 32 GB providing ample space to store music, videos, pictures, applications and other data.
Lava X17 will be available in Black Gold, White Gold, Champaign Gold and Black Steel colors and Lava X50 in Blue color. Additionally, in collaboration with Airtel, Lava X50 offers double data pack for initial two months and also provides the protective back covers inside the box.
