Samsung first introduced its mid-range smartphone, Galaxy C7 in China back in June. However, no details regarding when the smartphone will be available globally was shared by the company. Now a new report suggests that the device is available for pre-order in US at a starting price of $459 (approximately Rs 31,000).
The Galaxy C7 features a 5.7-inch Super AMOLED display with full HD 1080 pixels resolution. The device goes on to offer 4GB RAM and comes in two variants of 32GB and 64GB of internal storage. The internal memory is further expandable up to 256GB via microSD card.
The Galaxy C7 runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow operating system right out of the box and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor along with an Adreno 506 GPU.
The device packs a 16MP rear camera with f/1.9 aperture, dual LED flash and full HD (1080p) video recording option along with an 8MP front camera with a fingerprint sensor located under the home button. The Samsung Galaxy C7 is powered by a non-removable 3,300mAh battery that comes along with a Quick Charge 3.0 feature.
The smartphone is available in Gold and Gray colour variants and comes equipped with a dual-SIM support.
