Facebook has partnered with PayPal, aiming to enhance the mobile payment experience for the users on Messenger application. Users in the US will now be able to make payments directly within the app.

Users can now link their PayPal accounts to Facebook and Messenger at PayPal checkout. Notifications can be seen in the Messenger app, making it easy to manage receipts of transactions.

This will also help the merchants as they will be to build a closer relationship with the 192 million PayPal users worldwide. It will also allow merchants to accept these payments directly in their bots.

Facebook earlier announced that it has added several tools and features for developers and businesses to create bots. The company also recently launched Marketplace, a new section that allows users to purchase and sell various products.
