Apple's new iOS 10.2 update has a surprise you didn't know about

Apple unveiled its iOS 10.2 software update two days back. This release brings with it a whole new range of features including 72 new emojis, several wallpapers and numerous bug fixes. However, what most users may have missed is the secret feature that hasn’t been officially confirmed by the company yet. Gordon Kelly of Forbes, after doing a thorough investigation of the operating systems found something unexpected.

Among the many emojis are two emojis that represented ‘Male Singer’ and ‘Female Singer.’ These two emojis hold a striking resemblance with one of the most popular singers David Bowie. “Purists will (quite rightly) point out Bowie was famous for his androgyny, so male and female emoji counterparts may miss the point somewhat – but it remains a lovely thing to commemorate as we approach the end of the year which took his life,” reported Forbes.

Apart from a pack of 72 emojis, the iOS 10.2 comes with a range of new wallpapers, updates to iMessage and its camera app and introduction of the company’s new TV app.
