TAG Heuer to launch modular smartwatch with Android Wear next month

TAG Heuer is known to cater to the premium watch category of consumers. The Swiss company recently entered the smartwatch business by introducing its Tag Heuer Connected smartwatch segment. The sales of former were well beyond company’s expectations.

After the success of the company’s first smartwatch, it appears like they are prepared with another one already. According to a report published by Android Central, sources familiar with the watch company claim that the new smartwatch will be launched in mid-March.

Moreover, the smartwatch will be modular and will be sold in the market as ‘TAG Connected Modular.’

It will most possibly be running the latest Android 2.0 right-out-of-the-box. Nothing else is known about the smartwatch yet.
