In conjunction with Apple’s iPhone X launch, accessory maker Belkin has unveiled its new Qi Wireless Charging Pad in India. The 5W wireless charging pad comes at a price tag of Rs 2,999 and is available in the country through Reliance Digital stores, Imagine stores, Amazon India.
Belkin’s Boost-Up Wireless Charging Pad is compatible with the ultra-premium iPhone X that is set to debut in India and worldwide markets on November 3. The wireless charging is based on the Qi standard that is even useful for Samsung devices as well as the Google Nexus 7, among other smartphones. Additionally, the new Belkin charger can also be used for iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus.
The device features 5W/1-amp output and delivers up to 7.5W power to the latest iPhone X and iPhone 8 with fast wireless charging support. The accessory is capable of charging devices with cases of up to 3mm thickness.
The Wireless Charging Pad comes with an LED indicator to alert you when it starts powering up your smartphone. The device has a friction material on top of the charging plate which will prevent your device from accidental slips.
