Prabhu Deva to join hands with Abhishek

There are whispers in Kollywood that Prabhu Deva is planning to team up with Bachchan Jr for a Hindi flick which will go on the floors in 2010.
After proving his mettle as a director in the south, choreographer-turned-actor Prabhu Deva stepped into Bollywood. He remade his Tamil film Pokkiri in Hindi (as Wanted with Salman Khan). The film, which did reasonably well was originally made in Telugu with Mahesh Babu.
Having tasted success, now one hears the filmmaker is planning to remake yet another Mahesh Babu blockbuster, Okkadu. Reportedly, he has approached Abhishek Bachchan with the story and it looks like the star has agreed to the project.
Sources reveal the movie will be produced by Bachchan’s home banner AB Corporation Pvt Ltd. As Prabhu was hunting for locations in America for his next directorial venture in Tamil titled, Ichh with Jeyam Ravi, he was unavailable for comment.
