Ending 2009 with a bang

As the year draws to a close, it’s time to head out with family and friends for a final get-together before 2010 begins. Hyderabadis talk about their last bashes before New Year.

* I plan to host a terrace party for my friends. We shall be having a barbecue cookout with some Italian takeaway food. We are also planning to rope in a DJ for some music. This will, however, be before New Year’s eve.

* I plan to get together with a bunch of my friends and make a hooch with all kinds of liquor in a single container and enjoy it along with a good spread of food.

* Since this will be my final year in engineering, I plan to head out with my friends on New Year’s eve with a picnic hamper. We shall go on a long drive and have a moonlight picnic as we ring in the New Year with a cake.

* We shall have a New Year bash on Dec 27 itself to combine it with a send-off for a friend. We shall be spending a whole day together, right from breakfast to hitting a pub in the evening.
