My favourite photo shoot was the one I did for my first fashion week last year. It was my favourite because a lot of hard work went into it and the final result was absolutely stunning. I am greatly inspired by rustic Indian colours, and I especially love the amalgamation of Indian colours with western silhouettes, and this shoot helped me showcase my style by giving me the opportunity to put together all the elements that I love and am passionate about.
The model was Ankita Shorey and the photo shoot was done by photographer Amit Dey at his studio in Malviya Nagar.
The inspiration behind the shoot was the meeting of Indian colours and sensibilities in a western mood.
The fondest memories of the shoot was definitely how the photographer Amit Dey took us by surprise in most shots and all the pictures came out looking very natural and different. It was a fun shoot on the whole and what made it so memorable was the great vibe between everyone involved in the shoot, ranging from the model to the photographer to the make-up artistes.
