Dancing since she was four, Bharatanatyam artiste, Vinisha Kathiravan, is all set to brighten the season of music.
While her intuition inculcated commitment, devotion and perfection in her, this young lass is all set to conquer the world.
Quiz her about performing during the Margazhi season and she replies confidently, “It's great to see some of the best performers take centre stage, but I am not scared. I will do my bit and entertain the audience.”
After quite a few shows, Vinisha is all set to perform at the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan on January 14. She says, “I have been spending most of my hours practicing. I start around 4 am and continue till 10 am, but I don't get tired at all.”
Not intimidated by the big names taking center-stage during Margazhi, Vinisha adds, “I am very confident. I do not remember how many shows I have done so far, but performing during Margazhi is special.”
This class eight student will also be seen performing at the Narda Gana Sabha on January 29. “I am juggling time and enjoying myself,” smiles Vinisha.
