They divorced in January after six years of marriage. But Gary Lineker, 55, and Danielle Bux, 37 might be having second thoughts, if recent reports are anything to go by. The former couple are said to have jetted to Ibiza together, and sources close to the couple claim it could be for a reconciliation holiday. Danielle posted a snap from Ibiza on Saturday, showing a swimming pool with a beautiful sunset in the background. In April- perhaps feeling nostalgic, she shared a throwback selfie of the duo on the island, captioning it: ‘TBT to Ibiza with my bf and a huge mosquito bite’.
A source told The Mirror: ‘Since they’ve split Gary realises how much he loves Danielle’s company and would be happy to give things a second chance. Danielle adores him too, but is very focused on her acting career. He has always been hugely supportive of that. She feels that she was very much in his shadow before and now is her time to make a go of it in LA. She also still wants kids and he’s not changed his stance on that. He wants her back, but they have a lot to work through first.”
