Cricketers remember Phil Hughes on his death anniversary

Hughes died in a hospital in Sydney two days after being struck on the head by a bouncer bowled by Sean Abbot.

Mumbai: On November 27, 2014, the talented Australian left-handed batsman Phil Hughes passed away.

Hughes died in a hospital in Sydney two days after being struck on the head by a bouncer bowled by Sean Abbot. The incident took place during a First-Class match between South Australia and New South Wales.

Australian Test cricketers on Sunday wore black armbands as a mark of respect for Hughes when they took to Adelaide Oval in the third Test against South Africa.

Cricketers took to Twitter to remember Hughes on his second death anniversary.
