Telangana Schools Premier League: Agasthya, Pavan Kumar star performers

Agasthya and P. Pavan Kumar came up with vital performances to guide their respective sides to victories in the Telangana Schools Premier League being played at Babu Rao Sagar ground in Peerzadiguda, Ranga Reddy district. Chetan Sharma XI rode on Pavan’s five-wicket-haul as they won by eight wickets. Sidhu XI collapsed to a meagre 46. Pavan picked a hat-trick and his fine figures read 2-1-3-5. In another match, Agasthya of Glendale Academy came out all guns blazing to guide his team to a 23-run-victory over Galaxy.

Batting first, Glendale Academy scored 122 for six in which Agasthya’s contribution was 87. In response, Galaxy were restricted to 100. In another match, Agasthya smacked 91 to propel Glendale to a 45-run win over Sehwag XI. Gaurav Reddy (83), Rakshith A. (77 n.o.), K. Sravan Kumar (67 n.o.), Rahul Reddy (63), A. Prateek Reddy (60 n.o.), K. Harish (58 n.o.), Y. Abhishek and (54 n.o.) were the other performers who hit half-centuries.
