Bollywood star Sridevi's demise: Tendulkar, Sindhu and sports fraternity in shock
Mumbai: The entire India woke up to shocking news as the legendary Bollywood actress, Sridevi, passed away in Dubai after a cardiac arrest late on Saturday night. The 54-year-old actress, who was in Dubai to attend Mohit Marwah’s wedding, was with husband Boney Kapoor and daughter Khushi.
Her sudden passing away has sent shockwaves and condolences have been a plenty even from those who are not a part of the movie business. The members of the sports circle have offered condolences.
“It is really, really sad. When I woke up and read about it, it is really sad. I have no words to express to what I feel because we all grew up watching her and suddenly to hear that she is no longer with us, it is hard to digest that. My condolences to her family members and everyone, who has followed her career. Loved her for everything she was and everything she did for us,” Sachin Tendulkar told ANI.
