Hyderabad: Hyderabad’s Thakur Tilak Varma has made it to the South Zone Under 19 cricket team that will take part in the BCCI One-Day limited overs inter-zonal cricket tournament scheduled to commence from October 24 in Bengaluru.
The Team: Nikin Jose (captain), U. Mukhilesh (vice captain), Dev Padikal, Sai Pragna Reddy, Thakur Tilak Varma, K Maheep Kumar, Akhil Scaria, Luvnith Sisodia, Varun Goud, Manoj Bhandage, S Md Rafi, Heram Parab, Jagannath Srinivas, BM Shreyas, B Vinay Kumar.
Support Staff: Yere Goud (head coach), Kalyan Krishna (assistant coach), P. R. Srinivas Rao (physio), M. Dinesh Kumar (trainer), C. R. Mohan (manager).
Players should report to the manager of the team on the night of October 21 or early the next day, a press release signed by Ch Arun Kumar, Andhra Cricket Association secretary and Convenor of BCCI South Zone Under 19, said.
