Watch how MS Dhoni hid his identity on flight, wife Sakshi shares video on Instagram

Mumbai: MS Dhoni is one of the most loved cricketers in India. The former Team India captain is a fan favourite and is welcomed with huge cheers by crowd irrespective of which stadium he is playing in.

While Virat Kohli-led Indian side is gearing up for the three-match Test series against Sri Lanka, Dhoni, who retired from Test cricket, is currently spending quality time with his family. While Dhoni is not very active on social media, his wife, Sakshi Dhoni, keeps posting his videos with daughter Ziva and dogs at his place.

In the recent Instagram video, Dhoni is seen covering his face with towel on the flight to keep himself away from eyes of the fans. The former skipper was travelling with his family when this video was taken. Sakshi posted the video of the same on her official Instagram handle, saying “#traveldiaries”.

Dhoni has been receiving a lot of criticism for his performance with the bat. Former cricketers – VVS Laxman, Ajit Agarkar and Aakash Chopra – have asked Dhoni to vacate his place in the Indian T20 team to give chance to youngsters. However, Team India head coach Ravi Shastri and skipper Virat Kohli lashed out at critics and backed the former captain.

Team India is currently gearing up for the Test series against Sri Lanka starting at Eden Gardens on Thursday. The World Cup-winning captain is expected to return to the side for the ODI and T20 series.
