According to the MET, the weather forecast for today’s game looks bad as there might be scattered thunderstorms and light showers but the sky will become clearer as the evening comes closer.
With these conditions, the dew factor will come into play. And, the dew might force the pitch to be slower at the start. Hence, the captain who wins the toss might decide to bowl first. The dew would make it hard for the pacers and spinners to bowl.
Moreover, with the rains set to intervene during the match, there is a possibility that the match could end up being a ten-over game.
