Hyderabad: Muddassir Hussain, Amol Shinde and Vishal Sharma reaped a rich haul of wickets on a day that belonged to bowlers in the Hyderabad Cricket Association’s top division league action here on Wednesday.
The match between Andhra Bank and Ensconse threw up performers on either side. While Muddassir took 7 for 63 to restrict Andhra Bank to 204, the Bankmen hit back through Amol Shinde’s 7 for 77 to bowl Ensconse out for 195 on the second day of their three-day match.
Vishal Sharma of State Bank of Hyderabad was the next best on show. He took 6 for 42 as Hyderabad Bottling were bundled out for 110. SBH had reached 220 for 2 by close.
P. Sagar and K. Vikas Rao were the best performers in the two-day league. While the former took 7 for 17 to put Postal in a position of strength against New Blues, the latter struck 155 to guide Future Star to 380 against Elegant CC.
