Twitter awestruck as Yusuf Pathan's stunner sends Virat Kohli packing; watch video
Hyderabad: Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) are enjoying the 11th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) the way they just wanted.
Topping the table with 16 points from 10 games (eight wins and two losses), SRH have been known for defending low totals this season.
Their latest taste of success came in Monday’s encounter against Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB), at the Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium here, as they beat the strugglers by five runs in a last-ball thriller.
RCB were set a target of 147, but their run chase took a huge blow when captain Virat Kohli was dismissed for 39.
Kohli was caught by Yusuf Pathan at short third man in what was a one-handed stunner, as Shakib Al Hasan celebrated the wicket.
Earlier, the 29-year-old was dropped by his rival captain Kane Williamson off Rashid Khan’s delivery, but as a result, that lifeline seemed to have short-lived.
Following this, Twitterati was all praise for Yusuf. His brother Irfan, who went unsold in the IPL auction, saying “Ye catch tha ya Aam todaa hay?? @iamyusufpathan (Was this a catch or were you plucking a mango?)

SRH will next travel to Delhi, where they meet Delhi Dardevils (DD) on Thursday, whereas RCB take a short break before they too travel to the capital city to face Shreyas Iyer’s men on Saturday.
