Bengaluru: Ishant Sharma and India bowlers came out with aggression on Sunday morning putting pressure on the Australian batsmen.
The lanky fast bowler produced an impressive spell in the first session, but that didn’t help him take a wicket and maybe that’s why Ishant turned to banter. The pacer mocked the Australian captain Steve Smith by making faces at him. The Aussie skipper wasn’t going to let it go so easy; Smith replied by grimacing at Ishant as well.
While the duo got involved in intense banter, the incident left Indian skipper Virat Kohli in splits as he could not control his laughter after watching Ishant’s impression of Smith.
