Esha Deol got engaged to businessman beau Bharat Thaktani on Sunday.

Esha exchanged rings with her long-time boyfriend Mumbai-based businessman Bharat.

At a traditional ceremony at their Juhu residence on Sunday.

Hema Malini, who is planning a grand wedding, does not want to reveal the wedding date.

Last year, shortly after the couple was spotted together for the first time, reports had cropped up that they had secretly got engaged. Esha had then publicly denied all such reports.

Daughter of veteran actors Hema Malini and Dharmendra, Esha began her tryst with Bollywood in 2002 with 'Koi Mere Dil Se Poochhe'. She went on to feature in films like 'Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne', 'Na Tum Jaano Na Hum' and 'Dhoom'.
