Rajeev, who has been receiving umpteen film offers, says that films and modeling are his current priorities.

Rajeev Pillai, who turned heads with his batting and wicket-keeping in the celebrity cricket league, has been receiving umpteen offers, including the one by director Priyadarshan.

He has now bagged a role in Veendum Kannur, which is a sequel to the hard-hitting Kannur, takes a look at the socio-political situation.

Anoop Menon and Sandhya play lead roles in the film, which is directed by Haridas. Rajeev added, “For a change, I will be playing a positive role in the film.

” It is a measure of his celebrity status that Rajeev became embroiled in gossip linking him to Bhavana, which he has vehemently denied.

Films and modeling are Rajeev’s current priorities and it does not look like they are set to change anytime in the near future.
