YS Jagan Mohan Reddy looted public money, alleges D Uma Maheswara Rao

Uma Maheswara Rao alleged that Mr Reddy was the person who alleged disclosed black money to the tune of Rs 10,000 crore.

Guntur: Stating that YSR Congress president Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy lacked the qualification to lead the Opposition, minister for irrigation D. Uma Maheswara Rao on Thursday said that it would be better if he quit his post. Mr Rao alleged that Mr Reddy had looted public money during Congress rule and demanded that he return the “loot” to the state government.

Addressing a press meet at the NTR Bhavan in Guntur, the minister alleged that Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy “looted public money to the tune of Rs 1,00,000 crore during his father Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy’s rule and was now trying to turn Rs 10,000 crore black money into white under Income Disclosure Scheme. He alleged that Mr Reddy was the person who alleged disclosed black money to the tune of Rs 10,000 crore.

Mr Uma Maheswara Rao suspected that there was thousands of crores of black money in Bengaluru and Idupulapaya and demanded Mr Jagan Mohan Reddy to come clean. He also condemned the allegations and criticism by YSRC leaders against TD national secretary N. Lokesh.
