Khammam: Minister for industries K.T. Rama Rao issued an open letter to the voters of Palair on Thursday.
He said that Congress was hatching a conspiracy to stall irrigation projects in Palair segment. The Congress leaders wrote to the Centre not to give funds to Mission Bhagiratha and are creating hurdles to irrigation projects in TS.
The TRS government is committed to wet each and every acre in Palair with Sitarama lift irrigation project. The voters of Palair should teach a lesson to Congress in the election.
The TRS came to your doorstep with only one policy and one slogan. It is the responsibility of Palair voters to bless the party in the by-elections. The TRS should win in the election with a record majority of the votes in Palair and it should be a fitting reply to the Opposition parties, which have been resorting to mean politics, he added.
