Telugu Desam opens vile fire on YS Jagan Mohan Reddy

TD ministers K Atchennaidu, Paritala Sunita and Ravela Kishore Babu asked Mr Reddy to apologise to Mr Naidu.

Hyderabad: Telugu Desam leaders on Sunday unleashed an abusive counter campaign against YSRC chief Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy who called for his party cadre to throw footwear at Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu. Ministers and MLAs were very critical of Mr Reddy, and used highly derogatory remarks against him.

“Jagan is acting as if he was bitten by a mad dog. He possesses all bad habits of the people in the world. He is the incarnation of shaitan (devil) and the day is near when people will hit him with stones. Jagan is like Shani for AP,” said minister Palle Raghunath Reddy.

He also referred to Mr Reddy as “Aparachitudu (stranger).” “He is notorious for goondaism and anti-social activities. He has to be driven out of the state,” said Mr Prakash Naidu, state head of Chandra Dandu unit of TD. He referred to Mr Reddy as a raktha pisachi (vampire). The Chandra Dandu exhibited posters depicting Mr Reddy as a vampire drinking blood.

TD MP and Mr Naidu’s confidant C.M. Ramesh said Jagan, his great grandfather and father had a criminal history. “It is unfortunate that we have a criminal in politics,” said Mr Ramesh.
