Tamil Nadu BJP to stage demos on September 28

To protest HM leaders' killings.

Chennai: The Tamil Nadu unit of the BJP will stage a state-wide protest demonstration on September 28 to condemn the continued attacks and killings of the Hindu leaders and also demanding the arrest of those who perpetrated such crimes.

Alleging that the police did not seem to have the inclination to trace the culprits responsible for the murders or attacks on the Hindu leaders and bring them to book, BJP state president Dr Tamilisai Soundararajan said the BJP would stage the demonstrations in a peaceful manner on September 28.

She condemned the murders and demanded the immediate arrest of those responsible for the heinous crimes throughout TN.

Earlier, she demanded a CBI probe into the killings of Suri alias Suresh, district president of VHP in Hosur and Sasikumar, Hindu Munnani spokesman in Coimbatore, and all those killed in the past.

“Only then there will be some justice in Tamil Nadu… also, the police should provide sufficient protection to the Sangh Parivar members so as to prevent such incidents in future,” she urged.
