Hyderabad: For the first time, the Telangana PGECET-17 for admissions to M.Tech and M.Pharm courses in government and private engineering colleges will be conducted online by the higher education department.
The entrance exams for various PG courses will be held from May 29 till June 1 in morning and afternoon sessions in Hyderabad and Warangal. With the introduction of online mode, the registration fees for ECET and PGECET has been hiked.
For OC and BC students, it is Rs 800 and for SC/ST candidates it is Rs 400. Online registrations will commence from the second week of March.
Meanwhile, TSCHE chairman Prof. Papi Reddy, who chaired the meeting to finalise the dates, said an official delegation would be touring Rajasthan shortly to study the best education practices being implemented in the state.
