THANJAVUR: The special branch police here have released a photo of a person taken from CCTV footage, suspected to be involved in the assault and theft case of P. Maniarasan, Coordinator of the Cauvery Urimai Meetpu Kuzhu who was injured as he fell down after two persons dashed against a bike in which he was travelling and lost his bag to them late in the evening of June 10.
The police, in a press release, asked people to give information if they spotted him to the following telephone numbers: DSP-Vallam-94454-44006, Thanjavur town DSP-04362-251266, Inspector of police- Medical college 94981-63770, Sub-Inspector, Medical college police station 94981-62854 and crime branch SI 94981-62745.
