Muthoot Capital Services Ltd net up by 19 per cent to Rs 4.48 crore

Kochi: Muthoot Capital Services Ltd (MSCL) belonging to the Muthoot Pappachan Group made a net profit of Rs 4.48 crore in the first quarter of 2016-17, up by 19.4 percent compared to the same period a year ago. The two-wheeler loan disbursal went up by 40 per cent during the period, the company said in a release after its board meeting in Kochi on Thursday. The total income of the company for the quarter was Rs 64.26 crore as against Rs 50.65 crore for the same period last year.
