Thrissur: The Kerala Agricultural University will be conducting two online courses related to farming this academic year. The two courses are 'Organic Agricultural Management' and 'Plant Propagation and Nursery Management'. The duration of the courses which are scheduled to begin on December 9, 2016 is six months. Minimum qualification is a pass with 50% marks in SSLC/10th Standard, the university authorities said. Farmers,employees,students and house wives including foreign nationals,of any age can apply for the courses.
An applicant can apply for only one course at a time.Applicants should have a valid Email ID and mobile number. Those wishing to be a part of the course need to remit the course fee of '6500. (50% concession for regular students in Government approved institutions ) through online banking. The applicant should register for the "Online Course" link in www.celkau.in website.
