Hyderabad: In view of Diwali, the Hyderabad police on Sunday released a notification seeking applications from businessmen to obtain permission to set up fire cracker shops.
The city police will issue licence under the Explosives Act, 1884 by the deputy commissioner of police of the zones concerned. Any contravention would attract penal provisions.
In connection with ease of doing business the applicants are required to apply for temporary licence in Form AE5 of the Explosives Rules through the https://www.tspolice.go v.in or http://eservices.tspolice.gov.in for necessary action before October 18.
