Telangana state pleader denies Hyderabad School Parents Associations charges

Further, the government pleader also said that it is not her duty to inform the third parties about the filing of this petition.

Hyderabad: The government pleader for education department, C Vani Reddy, denied the allegations by the Hyderabad School Parents Associations (HSPA) and said no member from the association has met her regarding the fee hike and thus a question of informing them about the issue does not arise. Further, the government pleader also said that it is not her duty to inform the third parties about the filing of this petition.

However, the Hyderabad School Parent’s Associations denied the claims of meeting the government pleader.

Members of HSPA said that they accept that the government pleader is not bound to inform them and have mentioned the same in response to the commissioner of school education Mr G Kishan.

Such information could have helped HSPA also intervene in the matter as the affected party and would have strengthened the government’s position in the court, said members of the association.
