While the rain cooled the heat of the afternoon summer, it was not as much of a relief in some parts of the city as streets got water logged and trees fall incidents affected traffic movement in various parts of the city.
The BBMP had received over five complaints of tree falls in Wilson Garden, Shankar Mutt Road, Malleswaram, Neelasandra, Kalayanagar and Yelahanka New Town.
