Honey prasadam in Bhadradri temple

Srirama Raksha puja, another arjitha seva, commenced from Friday at Lord Sitaramachandra Swamy temple in Bhadrachalam.

Bhadrachalam: The devotees of Bhadrachalam, who will perform Srirama Raksha puja, will be given honey as prasadam. It is unique prasadam to be given to the devotees. Srirama Raksha puja, another arjitha seva, commenced from Friday at Lord Sitaramachandra Swamy temple in Bhadrachalam.

The temple introduced various puja programmes earlier in order to increase its revenue. The ticket for Srirama Raksha puja is fixed at Rs 300 and the puja will be performed at Anjaneya Swamy temple. The devotees, who participate in the puja will be presented a copper coin imprint of presiding deities of Lord Rama and Goddess Sita on one side and Abhayahastam of God along with Sudarshana Chakram on the other side. The temple officials readied copper coins and honey bottles for the arjitha seva.
