Hyderabad: TS police officials won medals in various categories at the All India Police Duty Meet. The team on scientific aids to investigation won the top three prizes in forensic science and the gold medal in lifting and packing of exhibits.
The gold medal was won by CID sub-inspector D. Vishw-eshwar, followed by CCS-Hyderabad inspector, K.V.M. Prasad, and Chandampet sib-inspector R. Sathish with a bronze. CID inspector T. Amrut Reddy won the medal for lifting and packing of exhibits.
The TS police also won the runners up trophy for computer awareness. The state topped of the medal tally, with results of certain events yet to be come, a release stated.
