Warmer weather to welcome delegates for summit in Hyderabad

Mercury levels during the day likely to be around 32° degrees and 22° in the night, respectively.

Hyderabad: International delegates may have to endure tropical weather during their stay in the city for the summit. The weather bulletin says the city will experience dry weather conditions till the month end. There is no significant change in temperatures at least till the month end.

The forecast for the state, up to November 29, is dry weather very likely to prevail, while the city will witness partly cloudy sky with haze. Mercury levels during the day likely to be around 32° degrees and 22° in the night, respectively.

Though the month began on a chill note with temperatures dropping to 14.9° on November 12, the second and third week reported warmer days and nights, the day temperatures rose beyond 33 degrees on many days and nights recorded around 20 degree, a deviation from its normal for this time for the year.

No entry for Private vehicles at venue

While security arrangements in view of the GES are being finalised, access to vehicles will be restricted at the venue. “Only government vehicles will be allowed. No other private vehicles will be authorised at the venue, apart from the buses arranged for the delegates for three days”, said a government official.
The venue will be completely under the control of police forces. Furthermore, only the vehicles of VVIP’s will be allowed to be parked at HICC. The buses for delegates have been arranged by the Telangana State Tourism Development Corporation (TSTDC).
