Hyderabad: Temperatures across districts in Telangana state shot up significantly on Monday. The temperature in Hyderabad stood at 34.6 degrees Celsius, which is four degrees above normal. The weather in October is usually pleasant, but due to hot and dry winds from Rajasthan, temperatures in most districts have been higher than normal.
Dry weather prevailed throughout the state. The temperature in Khammam and Nizamabad touched 36 degrees C, the highest in the state, while the night temperature dropped to 16 degrees C in Adilabad.
The city will remain dry on Wednesday with partly cloudy skies and day and night temperatures at around 33 and 22 degrees C respectively.
