N S Boseraju, Saleem Ahmed made AICC secretaries

Bengaluru: All-India Congress Committee president Rahul Gandhi has appointed N.S. Boseraju and Saleem Ahmed, both from Karnataka, as AICC secretaries in-charge of Telangana state. Among the three new secretaries for Telangana state, Sreenivasan Krishnan is from Kerala.

Mr Gandhi while relieving senior leader Satish Jarkiholi from the secretary’s post who was in charge of Telangana, appreciated the work done by him, a statement issued here by the AICC said. Mr Jarkiholi had in protest against his non-inclusion in the cabinet, resigned from the AICC secretary post. However, he had said that he would not resign from the Congress party.
