The CM also ordered solatium of Rs 1.5 lakh each to those sustained injuries and Rs 50,000 to those who sustained minor injuries.

Chennai: Chief minister Edappadi K. Palaniswami on Friday announced solatium of Rs 7.5 lakh each to family members of 8 Tamil Nadu State Transport Corporation employees, who died in the collapse of bus depot at Porayar branch in Nagapattinam district on Friday. The CM also ordered solatium of Rs 1.5 lakh each to those sustained injuries and Rs 50,000 to those who sustained minor injuries in the Nagapattinam accident. He also expressed shock over the fatal accident and expressed his condolences to the bereaving family members.
