Chennai: DMK president M.K. Stalin said the decision on participating in the UPA government will be taken after the election results are announced on Thursday.

He also said he does not trust the exit polls, “irrespective of whether they are in favour of the DMK or against it.”

Contending that the DMK never took exit polls by media houses into serious consideration, he said, “Thalaivar Kalaingar has told us many times. We do not consider any predictions made my media seriously, even if they favour our victory. We only await people's judgement which we will know on the May 23.”
