Hyderabad: The Central Information Commissioner hauled up the CEO of Secunderabad Cantonment Board for delaying replies to RTI queries filed by Secunderabad-based C.J. Karira for over two years. The IC said notice should be issued to the SCB chief public information officer to explain why penalty should not be imposed on him. The CEO, the first appellate authority, did not respond within the time limit to Mr Karira’s applications.
